Good news! We are happy to announce that we are now able to offer a limited custom cotton tshirt and hoodie range, available starting from 1 piece for existing team stores.
As always we are focused on supplying only high-quality products, and so after much testing and consideration we are pleased to offer a suitable solution. With these individual order cotton items, we will be (for now) only offering limited colour options rather than our full bulk cotton range, however the standard of the materials offered are of the same high quality used in our wider cotton range.
On top of this, we are proud to be able to offer cotton products that promote the improvement of workers’ conditions within the textile industry through the FairWear Foundation, as well as being organic and tested for any harmful substances.
What do we mean by ‘existing team stores’ and how can new customers offer these cotton products?
For teams that currently have an active team store on our website, it’s possible to request one cotton tshirt and one hoodie solution to be added to their existing store. For new customers, once you have fulfilled the requirements to have your own store set up, these cotton products can also be added upon request.
What print technique will be used on the team store cotton items, and is there anything for teams to keep in mind?
On these individual cotton tshirts and hoodies, your logo / artwork will be printed using ‘DTG’, otherwise known as Direct-to-garment printing. DTG printing produces great, precise results on cotton products such as tshirts and hoodies.
With the majority of solid-colour logos and artwork, there are not too many limitations to keep in mind - we will of course confirm logo size / print area possibilities with you. However, if your artwork or logo does feature objects with opacity / fade, this will need to be discussed in more depth as the DTG printing technique may not be the best solution for these types of designs.
If other printing techniques may be more suitable or preferred for your organisation, such as screen printing or heat press, these options can always be discussed with us for higher quantity orders.
